Florida Georgia Line Says ‘Meant To Be’ Was Accidental

FGL And Bebe Rexha Did Not Know Each Other Before The Song

June 25, 2018

Florida Georgia Line said the song ‘Meant to Be’ featuring Bebe Rexha almost didn’t happen. It was a last minute get together, but it happened and they are grateful for the meeting.

Florida Georgia Line has collaborated with Luke Bryan, Nelly, Ziggy Marley, The Chainsmokers, Backstreet Boys, Hailee Steinfeld, Bebe Rexha, and more. With all of their crossover hits released throughout the years, you never know what will come next for them.

Florida Georgia Line are cruising through big announcements this year. The group released a new single, “Simple,” on June 1 and three days later announced a Las Vegas residency for later this year.

The country duo will perform Dec. 1, 5, 7, 8, and 11, live from the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. They are having yodeling-kid Mason Ramsey join them for the five-night engagement as their supporting act.

“Simple” along with the release of a bonus track titled “Colorado,” follow Florida Georgia Line's 2016 album, Dig Your Roots. Fans are anticipating details for an upcoming fourth studio album.
