Chrissy Teigen has updated her fans after the devastating loss of her son.

Teigen has remained silent on social media since revealing she and husband John Legend lost their third child, Jack, a few weeks ago.

On Friday, the supermodel took to Instagram to disclose how the family is coping.

“We are quiet but we are okay,” Teigen captioned a screenshot of an emotional tribute from Legend. “Love you all so much.”

Legend had dedicated his Billboard Music Awards performance of “Never Break” to Teigen.

“This is for Chrissy. I love and cherish you and our family so much,” Legend wrote. “We’ve experienced the highest highs and lowest lows together.  Watching you carry our children has been so moving and humbling.”

The decision to perform “Never Break” was a deliberate choice for John. “I wrote this song because I have faith that as long as we walk this earth, we will hold each other’s hands through every tear, through every up and down, through every test,” he elaborated in an Instagram post on Thursday.

He continued: “I’m sure Chrissy will have much more to say about this when she’s ready. But just know we’re grateful and we’re sending love to all of you and your families.”

It was back on September 30th that the couple first disclosed their devastating loss.

"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before," Teigen wrote alongside photos of herself in a hospital bed, with Legend by her side. "We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough."

Teigen continued: "We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital.  But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack.  So he will always be Jack to us.  Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever."
