Country singer Cady Groves has died at the age of 30.

“@cadygroves has left this world,” her brother Cody wrote in a tweet.

“Details are limited right now but family is trying to get them and will keep people updated. Rest In Peace little sis.”

The musician posted a series of messages about her mental health struggles during the coronavirus lockdown.

“Haven’t left my house but about 3 times and that was just to drive around in my car so I wouldn’t go insane,” Groves wrote in a recent Instagram post.

Her brother Cody dispelled rumors of foul play saying her death was from natural causes.

“The medical examiner has completed autopsy and there was no indication of foul play or self harm,” he wrote in a tweet.

“Simply put, Cady Groves died of natural causes. She had some medical problems last fall and our best guess at this point until further testing is complete is that they had resurfaced.”

“I hate that I even have to do this, but apparently the world and internet is a cluster of twister misinformation,” he added.

Groves had been working on an album that was scheduled to be released this summer. Her latest release was her 2015 EP Dreams featuring the song “Oil & Water,” which was later released as a single in 2017.

Her song “This Little Girl” is among her best known and is the most played song on her YouTube channel with over 3.25 million views.

Groves was fond of covering songs that inspired her and often shared them on her YouTube channel. Among the artists she’s covered include Taylor Swift, Mumford & Sons, Rihanna, Adele, and The Band Perry.
