Kylie Jenner has had enough with the rumors!

The reality star took it to social media to defend herself after some said she had sent cease-and-desist letters to companies who were using the phrase, "rise and shine." Jenner trademarked the phrase in October.

She responded to the alleged legal action and told her fans, "Don't believe everything you read."

She then continued the tweet and said, "there are no lawsuits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday."

US Weekly reported that fans had mixed feelings about Jenner trademarking the phrase. “You cannot trademark a phrase that has been used since before you were born,” one user said. Another argued it would be the same as someone attempting to trademark “Happy Birthday.”

Back in October, Jenner posted a video of her serenading her daughter Stormi Webster as she turn on the lights. The video of Jenner singing “rise and shine” caught fire, hitting meme and remix-meme status.

Soon after that, singer Ariana Grande expressed love for Jenner's singing voice.

The billionaire mother then posted a video on Instagram of her daughter dancing to a remix of the phrase. Kylie asked her daughter, "You like it?" Stormi enjoyed the song and requested a rendition from her father Travis Scott. "Daddy sing?" Stormi asked.

Over the weekend, the reality star allegedly sued CASED Clothing for selling shirts with "Rise and Shine" printed on them, according to US Weekly.
