Is It Just Me Or Are A Few Of Our Favorites Absent From This?

Who is missing that should not be?

The CMA Awards nominees were announced this morning (the show is in November, live from Nashville!) and the Male Vocalist of the Year category stuck out at me. For who it was missing!

2018 NOMINEES:
* Dierks Bentley
* Luke Combs
* Thomas Rhett
* Chris Stapleton
* Keith Urban

While we like all the guys above and we know it's hard to narrow it to five guys each year, these guys should have made the list *without a doubt*:

* CHRIS YOUNG? Every song he sings, you feel the emotion in his voice. The runs, the vibrato, he can SING! "I'm Comin' Over" was huge this year!

* DUSTIN LYNCH? Dustin, hands down, had the song of the year with "Small Town Boy" ... he's paid his dues for years and it was his turn!

* COLE SWINDELL? Cole has come a long way in a short period of time, but Break Up In The End showed his depth and he's definitely missing from this category!

When I think of the term "Male Vocalist", Chris Young is at the top of my list.

In your opinion, who else is missing?
