Bears Tailgate Chili: This Recipe Will Make Your Sunday Fabulous!

Some of the best days are when wake up early and cook for the afternoon of football & friends ... 

Even better? The house smells *amazing* all day!

One of our favorite recipes is Jill’s Chicken Sweet-Potato Chili Crock-Pot (detailed below):

2 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (15 oz can) black beans, not drained
1 (15 oz can) pinto beans, not drained
1 (15 oz can) diced tomatoes
1 cup onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 1/2 cups chopped zucchini (JILL’S MODIFICATION FOR TODAY)
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all in the ingredients in the Crockpot and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours (based on the texture you like) ... enjoy!
