Erin has all your music news with her Deep Dish on Country!

Kane Brown has teamed up with many different artists over the years including Lauren Alaina, Marshmellow, and even Chris Young. Now he’s teamed up with a soul/pop legend. Here’s a hint: He has been known to be the Sexiest Man Alive!

  • Yep, you guessed it right, Kane Brown is collaborating with John Legend!
  • Brown teased the song on social media the other day and said the two were able to write it together!

SOO I GOT THE OK TO POST A LITTLE MORE FROM @johnlegend I GOT TO WRITE WITH HIM AND WE BOTH LOVE THE SONG SO TAG A FRIEND AND SHOW SOME LOVE ❤️❤️------------

  • No release date has been set, but we hope the whole song will be coming out soon!

Over the weekend Chris Lane helped make one girl’s dreams come true!

  • During all his live shows he always brings up a girl from the crowd during his song ‘For Her’ and serenades her
  • On Friday he brought up Barbara who is battling cancer and has a shaved head, but that did not stop her from completely stealing the show! She has an ‘I Love Chris Lane’ shirt on and the crowd went wild for her!

Grateful for opportunities likes these to meet such sweet souls!! Barbara you stole the night -- Silver Spring thanks for an unbelievable night!! Boston you’re up tonight! ----

  • The video is adorable and will make your Monday a little bit better.
  • Chris Lane will be here back to back nights this Friday and Saturday at Joe’s Live in Rosemont!

Okay this is a funny headline I read the other night “Luke Combs is preventing Luke Combs from breaking Luke Combs’ All-Time Billboard Chart Record”

  • Yes, that’s confusing so let me break it down: Back in late October Luke Combs was about to break the record of longest running album in the #1 spot on the Billboard Chart. He needed only 2 more weeks in that spot to pass Shania Twain and break the record.
  • His latest album, though, came out in November and has since spent 5 weeks at that #1 spot and his first album has been sitting at #2, so basically his new album knocked his other album out of the top spot right before he was about to break the record!
  • Still impressive, though, that both albums are sitting at the top of the Billboard charts at the #1 at 2 spots.
