Illinois is now the first state that will be able to test for the CoronaVirus.

  • The health department hopes to detect cases earlier and prevent the disease from spreading.
  • Test results are typically available within 24 hours, that quick response will alleviate concerns of those being tested as well as the general public.

If you want to decrease anxiety and stress at work, put a plant on your desk.

  • New research says when you feel tired, or stressed out, you should take a 3-minute break and look at your plant.
  • Whether it's an intentional gaze or caring more actively for your plant, your level of anxiety will drop significantly if you take that nature break.
