General Mills launched a new breakfast cereal that has everyone talking!

  • The company has made a ready-to-eat breakfast meal complete with real maple berries, dried cherries, and almonds BUT the catch is the cost...it is $13 a box!
  • It'll cost more than double for any other box of cereal you may buy. 
  • The cereal is obviously aimed at health-conscious people as it also contains organic coconut oil and pumpkin seeds.
  • On the flip side, they also launched Hershey's Kisses-flavored and Trix Trolls-inspired cereals in recent months!

United Airlines is raising their checked bagged fees starting just in time for spring break...

  • Passengers will have to pay $35 for their first checked bag and $45 for the second.
  • Southwest remains the only airline that still allows free checked bags, passengers can check two bags free of charge.
  • In other news, United also announced they are replacing their famous inflight Biscoff cookies with Oreo Thins.

In two weeks, you'll be able to get your Mimosa or Bloody Mary earlier at Sunday morning brunch! 

  • Katie teased this last month but it's here and it's happening.
    •  The city ordinance goes into effect on March 18th and moves from 10 am to 9 am. 
    • We have European soccer fans to thank for this change.
    • Last year, grocery store laws changed allowing us to buy alcohol at 8 am, rather than waiting until 11 am

The public memorial for Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna is today at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

  • They were laid to rest near the Pacific coast after they died in that horrific helicopter crash last month.
