Here's a story to warm your heart...

11-year-old Isabella Pieri's mother passed away from a rare illness. After that, it's just been her and her dad. Being one parent is hard enough, but now he's taken on the role of two... and some things come easier to dad's than others. We've seen stories go viral about dads teaching themselves how to do their daughter's hair, but it wasn't something Isabella's dad was able to pick up.

In an interview with KSL TV he said, “I originally just gave her a crew cut because I didn’t know how, and it was all tangled and I couldn’t get it out for anything.”

But by chance, Isabella found someone to take on the challenge: her bus driver.

On the way to school one day, she saw the driver, Tracy Dean, fixing another girl's hair. So Isabella asked if she would do her hair too. And she did, and has, every morning since.

"You treat them like your own kids, you know,” said Tracy Dean.

And Isabella? Her hair isn't a challenge anymore, it's something she looks forward to. “It makes me feel like she’s a mom pretty much to me,” she said to KSL TV. “And it makes me excited for the next day to see what she does.”
