We know the moment all too well... when you're just trying to go on vacation with friends, or get home to see family, and find out at the airport that your airline of choice has some new "rules" that will of course ruin you... somehow you missed the news, or didn't read that (incredibly small) fine print, or you got a little crazy with your card the night before, so guess what? You don't have the MONEY to follow these new... "guidelines."

Enter Delilah Cassidy, and her unfortunate run in with a policy Brett Young even blasted recently... paying for a carry-on. Delilah hadn't known about it until, of course, she was at the airport.

In Delilah's case, she was returning from Europe so her bank (although meaning well) was declining her cards because they believed her to still be out of the country. So trying to pay for this unexpected fee was NOT happening.

So the airline said she'd have to miss the flight. Obviously, she was upset (& TIRED from international travel)!! But then, the most amazing thing happened... *feelings on the way*

So wonderful, so generous, SO heartwarming... and the amazing guy who saved the day? Jermaine Gresham of the Arizona Cardinals.

Jermaine, you are WONDERFUL!!!!!!
