This might sound too good to be true, I mean we've only been wanting (NEEDING?!) this for everrrrr!!!

Soon, your phone will get service on Lower Wacker. And we're not talking just able to call-your-mom-and-tell-her-you're-lost service... service good enough for your map app of choice to work!

That's because the improved service has nothing to do with your phone carrier and everything to do with your phone's ability to pin to MAPS beacons!

Spot Hero's SVP, Elan Mosbacher, told NBC 5, "This Monday, Spot Hero, CDOT and Waze started installing over 400 Waze beacons on Lower Wacker Drive and other lower roads where, historically, GPS services lose reception, impeding driver’s ability to navigate to their destination."

Not getting lost in the bowels of the city and MAYBE even finding a secret, quicker way to get around?! YES please!
